Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 - Take Your Best Shot Now!

Games can be about romance, zombies, politics, everyday life or love. Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 is a 1st person shooter game which features a sniping action in 3 different kinds of terrain - mountain, jungle and urban. The game revolves around snipping without the usual grenade-tossing and cover-shooting histrionics that other 1st person shooter games focus on.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 has a multiplayer mode that allows players to become a sniper and engage other characters in sniping duels. Its gameplay has realistic bullet physics which affect bullet drop, wind and distance when sniping targets. Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 employs hand-to-hand assassination, stealth as well as titular sniping techniques. Players assume the role of Anderson and carry out different missions including fighting in the mountains of Tibet, tropical jungles in Burma and urban fighting in Sarajevo. The game is a sequel to the Sniper: Ghost Warrior and was developed by City Interactive for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows. It was released on the 12th of March, 2013 in North America and in Europe on the 15th of March, 2013.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 was made utilizing CryEngine 3. Players spend the mission doing the FPS Follow, sticking with their teammates, moving when they move and holding when they say hold. The game is set in a swamp and when it comes to the action, it takes a left-turn. It is also divided into 2 sections - sneaking and snipping. Sneaking takes place whenever the character, Anderson, has to move from one sniping point to another. Players will come across opponent encampments that they will have to either bypass or clear out. If players got spotted, every opponent in the area will be instantly on alert and charge the players and gun them down.

The spinning is also exciting as long as the players do not move too far outside of the recommended way of doing some things. When the players are not escorting a group of teammates, the sniping challenges get more exciting. When the players are alone, they have to think about the line-of-sight of their enemies and pick off opponents in the right corner. If the enemies are alerted to the players' presence, their friends will also be alerted, but they will most likely just sit behind and wait for the players to kill them. The general setup of the scenes is fun and puts a puzzle-like quality to the missions.

The bullets also react to the physics of the game, so players need to correct their aim. This is not much of a concern at medium range. For long-range sniping, players have to aim off-target to score hits. Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 also features a bullet-cam mode which activates when they land a room-clearing shot. Another interesting factor in the game is that the heart rate of the character winds up. If the players run too fast, their breathing will increase and their aim will suffer. To prevent this from happening, players should lay down so that they will be able to hold it longer and steady their shot.
